Case Studies

Documented results. Plain numbers.

Every Prime Marketing engagement ends with a written report tied to revenue, pipeline, and the metrics that fund the business. Below is a selection of operators we've worked with, the playbook we ran, and what it produced.

Two decades of marketing leadership.

Methodology

What we measure, and what we refuse to.

Every case study above is reported against the same metric framework. We don't grade ourselves on impressions, engagement rates, or follower counts. We grade ourselves on whether the phone rings and revenue lands.

We track

  • Revenue attributed to campaign source
  • Qualified leads (defined per engagement)
  • Cost per qualified lead
  • Pipeline velocity and close rate
  • Position one local map pack rankings
  • Organic traffic tied to commercial-intent queries

We do not track

  • Impressions and reach
  • Engagement rate
  • Follower count or social audience size
  • Sentiment scores
  • Vanity domain authority numbers
  • Anything that doesn't tie to revenue

If a metric doesn't help you decide whether to spend more or less next month, we don't put it in the report.
